My integrative and practical approach to movement uses NASM, MovNat, and C.H.E.K Institute coaching principles. It is designed to ensure that individuals and teams excel with movement and mobility. Whether you want to lose fat, perform your best on the athletic field, move efficiently, reduce injury, or just feel better during your day-to-day activities, my fitness programs will help you reach your body’s peak physical and psychological states.

My coaching clarifies fitness-related goals, asseses movement, addresses nutrition and creates programs that improve deficiencies and optimize strengths. Fitness development is always performed in a purposeful manner to ensure muscular balance and goal-specific performance enhancement so that you achieve your goals safely and quickly.

I believe in practical fitness: fitness training that will help you excel at what you do in everyday life. I use many different types of training modalities in my programs – from traditional strength, conditioning, rehabilitative and recovery exercises, to natural movement training.

BambooCore Remote Fitness Coaching is a professional online performance coaching system delivered directly to people like you who want to improve their health and performance. Just because you have to travel or be away from your gym or home doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice your training. Through your connection to me and your program, you will have smart coaching that works with you anywhere in the world.

Through remote fitness coaching, I learn about you and your goals and provide you with the best coaching platform possible. With the help of a professional coach, your training and results will progress in a way that most highly connects to your personality, needs and goals. With regular check-ins and virtual coaching sessions, I work with you as you move through each phase of your training. I am always there to message, hop on a Skype call, and modify movements, mobility, recovery and nutrition as needed.

All workouts are electronically delivered via an innovative coaching platform called FitBot. You can access this information on your phone, tablet or computer while in the gym or at home and can upload photos or videos for me to review. From this platform, you can watch exercise demo videos, track your progress and even chat with me in real time. Having a coach in your corner who helps you achieve your biggest goals will help you enjoy greater confidence, resilience and results not only today, but into the future.

BambooCore Remote Fitness Coaching provides you with comprehensive online coaching that helps you reach your goals faster than if you were training on your own. This coaching program includes:

* Face-to-face consultations

  • Our coaching relationship begins with an initial consultation via phone or video-conference call. During this strategy session, we will discuss your background, goals, lifestyle, nutrition, strengths and restrictions. Collected information will then be used to design a personalized fitness and wellness experience for you.
  • Video-conference calls will be held monthly to review your progress and discuss the big picture of your training, your lifestyle and nutrition, and where you are headed next. This will ensure that your training remains on point each day and that you stay connected to your big picture goals.

* Individualized programming

  • Every individual is unique and for this reason, you will never receive a templated program. All programs are customized to address your specific training priorities, meet you where you are and progress with you every step of the way.
  • Your training program will address issues preventing you from reaching your full potential and will incorporate all facets of strength, mobility, skill and energy system development.

* Daily connection through FitBot

  • Your program is delivered daily through a convenient, user-friendly platform called FitBot and is accessible anytime from your phone, tablet or computer.
  • Here you can view your program, access a video library of your movements, benchmarks and assessments, and message me at any point during the program.
  • You will log and post workout results for me to view and comment on. You can also send videos of your movements so that I can dissect movement and pacing. I will provide you with constructive feedback, advice, guidance and motivation so that you continue to improve all areas of your health during your fitness journey.
  • All of your workouts and data points are logged so that we can track and visualize your progress over time.

* Ongoing assessments 

  • I will periodically provide you with comprehensive assessments of movement, strength, mobility, recovery and readiness to train. These tests will allow me to gauge your progress and ensure you are moving in the right direction so that you plateau less and progress faster.

* Nutrition guidance

  • Throughout your program, I will provide you with basic nutritional support and help you stay on track nutritionally.

* Habit coaching and tracking

  • Developing healthy habits is a large component of success in a health and fitness program. I will help you focus on positive habits during your fitness journey. These will be behaviors that are most important toward helping you succeed with your goals.

* Private Facebook group access

  • You will receive access to a private, members-only Facebook group. This is a place where remote coaching members of BambooCore gather, share, inspire, connect and provide each other with support and encouragement.
