The coaching process

Holistic Lifestyle And Nutrition Coaching sessions are conducted remotely via phone, online platforms and video conference call software like Skype. For more individualized fitness programming, lifestyle and nutrition coaching can be combined with Remote Fitness Coaching

My coaching is designed to address these lifestyle and nutrition factors as they apply uniquely to you. Advanced questionnaires, assessments and holistic techniques are used to examine areas of potential stress that have negatively affected your health. Together, we will create priorities, goals and timelines to organize your needs. I will teach you how disease and stress are preventable through the implementation of healthy eating habits, lifestyle management techniques, and appropriate types of fitness.
