As a fitness, lifestyle and nutrition coach, I enrich the lives of others through natural movement, nutrition, and education. I am certified as a MovNat Trainer, NASM Personal Trainer, and C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach and have enjoyed coaching people for over 16 years.
I develop sustainable lifestyle and movement strategies for people who want to improve their health and performance. I believe it is in everyone’s true nature to be happy, healthy and strong. I founded BambooCore in 2009 with a revolutionary spirit and an altruistic objective. BambooCore strives to:

- Advocate for a paradigm shift in the health and fitness industry that moves us away from specialized and isolated approaches and closer to holistic and integrative methods.
Personal life experiences were the catalysts for me becoming a holistic health and fitness coach and creating BambooCore.
I pull from my broad training in lifestyle, nutrition and physical methodologies and create holistic programs 100% individualized for YOU. My comprehensive coaching programs help you find freedom from stressors that have been blocking you from living a happy, healthy and strong life.
The purpose of my coaching sessions is to facilitate the reconnection of you with your innate source of wisdom. Together, we will discover the root of what is blocking you. We will then strategize and I will implement a smart and integrative plan for rebalancing your health so you can achieve optimal wellness.
With my remote coaching system, you will learn and develop sustainable lifestyle, nutrition and movement strategies, and begin the journey toward reclaiming your innate healthy nature. All programs are completely tailored to you and your needs and you will have support, motivation and guidance throughout the duration of your time with me. I always strive for life-changing and long-term results.

I am a barefoot adventurer who is driven by wanderlust and inspired by nature. When I am not slaying fat and building muscle, I can be found exploring the outdoors with my dogs, traveling, cooking and refining my photography skills. I also enjoy reading and writing about food culture, history and the science of human movement.
I embrace athletic competition and am energized whenever I step outside my physical limits. My appetite for knowledge is insatiable, as I love writing and reading about food culture, history and the science of human movement. The entrepreneur in me thrives in environments that are saturated with innovation and creativity.
