I am on a mission to help people who feel stuck with health, life, and physical performance to develop sustainable lifestyle and movement strategies, so they can reclaim their innate healthy nature and live a dynamic and adaptable life.

I believe it is in everyone’s true nature to be happy, healthy, and strong. By nourishing your mind, body, and soul, my coaching programs will empower you to become the person you most want to be.

I am certified as a MovNat Trainer, National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer, and C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach and have had the most amazing journey coaching people for over 16 years! As a fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition coach, I enrich and empower the lives of others through natural movement, nutrition, education, and community.

I founded BambooCore in 2009 with a revolutionary spirit and an altruistic objective. BambooCore strives to:

  1. Help people who feel stuck in life, health, and physical performance to develop sustainable lifestyle and movement strategies, so they can reclaim their innate healthy nature and live a dynamic and adaptable life.
  2. Advocate for a paradigm shift in the health and fitness industry that moves us away from specialized and isolated approaches and closer to holistic and integrative methods.

Drawing from my broad training in lifestyle, nutrition, and physical methodologies with The C.H.E.K Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and MovNat, I customize holistic plans uniquely for YOU. My comprehensive coaching programs offer you a path for finding freedom from stressors that have been blocking you from living a healthy, happy, and strong life.

The purpose of my coaching sessions is to facilitate the reconnection of you with your innate source of wisdom. Together, we will discover the root of what is blocking you. We will then strategize and I will implement a smart and integrative plan for rebalancing your health so you can achieve optimal wellness.

With my programs, you will learn and develop sustainable lifestyle, nutrition, and movement strategies, and begin the journey toward reclaiming your innate healthy nature. All programs are completely tailored to you and your needs and you will have support, motivation, and guidance throughout the duration of your time with me. I always strive for life-changing and long-term results.

Having this understanding allows me to adapt however is necessary so that together, as a team, we can create a program that is brilliantly tailored for you so that you achieve optimal wellness while having a solid support system.

As your coach, I will provide you with the assessments, resources, and guidance needed to surpass your goals. I will teach you how to apply holistic and natural principles to your daily routines. These techniques will help you nourish your mind, body, and soul so that you can thrive. Through mindfulness, clean-eating, and the practical execution of movement skills, I am confident that you can (and will) live a prosperous, long, and fun life.

Personal Interests

When I am not helping others to slay fat, build muscle, and live amazing lives, I can be found exploring the outdoors with my dogs, cooking, traveling, playing/coaching lacrosse, and/or reading. I am a barefoot adventurer who is driven by wanderlust and inspired by nature.

I embrace athletic competition and am energized whenever I step outside my physical limits. My appetite for knowledge is insatiable, as I love writing and reading about food culture, history, and the science of human movement. The entrepreneur in me thrives in environments saturated with innovation and creativity.
