BambooCore’s Lifestyle Challenges
For the past few weeks, I have been writing lifestyle challenges on the chalkboard at the BambooCore gym. After receiving positive feedback about these challenges, I have decided to share them on the BambooCore blog as well.
The lifestyle challenges
Each week, I will introduce you to a new lifestyle practice – a small action you can make each day/week to improve your well-being. The goal is that these challenges will have a positive impact on your life and help you stay motivated and focused.
The weekly challenges will give you the opportunity to challenge yourself to positively influence your life. Here are a couple things to keep in mind when looking at the challenges:
- Approach each challenge as a one-person experiment. Take seven days to see if it is worthy of long-term inclusion in your life.
- After trying the challenge for a week, you can simply keep the practices you like and leave the ones you don’t (recognizing that the most beneficial practices may be the ones that challenge you the most).
- Please share your experiences here on the blog. Tell us what worked, what didn’t… Talk about obstacles you faced and successes you had. Your comments may help others as they add these new practices to their lifestyle.
